.001 is the bottom, it will keep hitting that and going up and down hitting .001 until news of the acquisition is concrete.

It most likely will be, the KFC restaurants would have been a bad investment anyway, I can't remember the last time I went to a KFC, but I have been to a Taco Bell almost everyday.
