A reverse split would be fine if it was intended to make the shares more accessible to large purchasers or if it was associated with a move to a major exchange.
I wouldn't necessarily discount the opportunity it might present under the right circumstances. Fuse Science is structured, from a management standpoint, to make a move in the event that makes business sense.
A lot of companies did this during the financial crisis. In most cases, it kept them alive and did not negatively affect them long term.
