How do you compare these things? What amount of money is spent in Japan on after school hours schools or how many people attend school in the first place.

Primary schools USA 98% male 99% Female. Singapore 93% 92% Japan 100% 100%
Secondary 94% 92 70 77 ?

College 61% USA 40% Japan. Singapore ?

So you compare 5th grade math scores? So what?
