Lets just pretend that's the situation.

If that is the case then it sounds like Joe C is just as much of a crook as you set Mike K out to be. Just shuffling the debt onto SNTL shareholders to wipe your hands clean. That doesn't sound like much of a solution to me.

I think JC is smiling because there is a better solution than that.
