Sam?: Hello, Be Active Holdings.
Me: Hi, is this Sam Pugliese?
Sam?: Who is this?
Me: I'm just an investor, I was hoping to ask you some questions.
Sam?: (abridged long answer, this is the gist of what he said) I can't give you any information about the stock. The SEC has regulations against that
Me: Oh, I understand.

He said bye and quickly hung up after. I'm not making this up.. I expect there to be news coming soon.
