299 is the target the phoenix has using his gartleys. very interesting stuff he does. heres a link in case you want to read on it a bit. in the short term im more worried about a moce to 340 than a dump to 300. market has been resiliant. i was slightly regretting the closure of my short ndx fund yesterday. that is until 1030 ramp a thon.
