I don't know if anyone here ever heard of this one that is supposed to have been shorted to death but even though the Company was delisted there's an outstanding dividend awaiting shareholders. Fortress Financial Group is the company. I am not optimistic but being a stuckholder I still get a kick out of checking in and a significant number of people still believe they will get the dividend funded by trapped MMs. ffgo still has a board here and the chatter continues to this day..who knows...it was brilliantly played out too. The point is that this naked shorting is a verifiable trader's nightmare and does need someone with authority and a pair to clamp down on these thieves. It does happen and lew eluded to it in his post. The circumstances are somewhat different here as lew mentioned I believe they were transferring German purchased shares and trading them in the U.S. It would be plausible to see Geralds reasoning for wanting it shut down...I guess we will see the outcome but I am of the same opinion that this has to be bottom. .just my gut feeling fwiw!! Look forward to ambs launching and hopefully sooner rather than later!
