xanadu.....many thanks to your unique perspective regarding capacity. Maybe capacity was the wrong word but you've given me insight to work with.
I'm new to this type of business model & not at all familiar with their competition. Sometimes this is good. Albeit, I'm confident with this investment opportunity. Beyond the hype of huge returns, realistically I believe there's room to capture a growing market share. The demographics
are very complex so I feel as stated in the webcast, they plan to grow at a careful pace as to retain customers. This is the key.
Retain customer base, separate yourself from your competition by providing something unique, besides a better price point or ?
And excellent customer care.
I would guess customers want fast delivery and availability of titles. These needs must be met.
So a good mix of demographic with careful marketing initiatives would therefore indeed build a stronger base for growth.
