I think what it is, is they are current, but its not updated yet. It's kind of like when you pay your credit card, and you're on time and everything, but your account doesn't show it yet. The way they have stated it is more like, 'we are current so now we can move on' instead of like 'we've submitted everything so lets see what happens.'
