Regarding the Nevada SOS update...We need to keep in mind that Nevada is in the Pacific time zone...when the market opens tomorrow it will only be 6:30am there.

Now, I don't know how their system works, but it could be a number of ways. It could be a real-time update, in which case the change will show as soon as it is entered - in this case the change could appear at any time(and perhaps not necessarily within the 48-hour ESTIMATED timeframe that the PR gave us).

A second way is that changes could be entered by system operators and then those changes go into a batch to be run in an overnight system cycle which updates all of the entities that had changes. In that case, we would likely see the change the day after it was entered, depending of course on what time the cycle runs.

I want to say the system is real-time though...seems to me that I can recall updates to other companies during the middle of the day.
