His expertise also involves design and installation of Rare Earth Element extraction plant equipment.

I doubt you will find many experts in niobium extraction as they seem to be tied up currently. To have a board member with his credentials is about as good as it gets. He has had nothing but time since coming on board to figure out what he needs to no to move the project forward.

Nothing but time since coming on board?
He is currently, "acting as a supplier for the Sherritt Ambatovy nickel project in Madagascar".

Do you really think this guy is just hanging around his phone waiting for Scott to call?

He advises Scott he doesnt work for him and I am sure hes more than just time on his hands. I would guess he never thinks about SRSR unless Scott calls him and since Scott is nowhere near needing his expertise I doubt Scott has called him for advice in over a year.

As for ree extraction. Look at this and you can see what he is capable of doing. The pictures involved are very impressive.

Just to be sure you have a perspective of this you have to look at Roberts expertise. He is a plastics laminate guy. You know what that means? Fiberglass. He builds the tanks and buildings made of fiberglass for chemical extraction.
Chemical extraction is not how niobium is extracted. It is a step in the process but it is not the process in general.
He is use to dealing with minerals that use chemical extraction.(nickle copper gold and many rees) That will be awesome when it comes to shining tree but he is almost worthless as a niobium guy.
