I have trouble believing Ed gave out 60million shares. thats about 40 percent of the company.

The price of 40 cents was not evidence of anything nor was the trading price of 10 cents.

I would argue that the manipulative activities prevented ED and VS holders from obtaining the benefits of being a public vehicle. ie access to capital markets, attracting new business and talent due to poor stock price performance etc.
