That makes a whole lot of sense, so it looks like they are going to push it up hard and fast so they can sell overpriced shares to new accredited investors.
$13 should be an easy target as the float is tiny, 19 million OS, and about 70% of that is locked up tight, mostly owned by the CEO!!!
This one could go nuts and overshoot to $15 to $20 easy, before any news or hint of dilution.
I may just double up my share count now!
