Do not think they are doing business anymore. This is just a shell now. Management walked away and left us hanging out to dry. Management left to start up more companies doing the same scam all over again some other place to a new bunch of unsuspecting folks like you and me. You are right, the SEC should have shut this down long, long time ago, while there was still some money left. Management here was living high on your and my money. Totally wrong, but SEC lets people get by with this stuff all the time. No checks and balance in the capitalism story.
