Yahweh ...became Anu.

But I think that Yahweh more likely refers to Ninurta, son of Enlil

Ninurta

The Sumero-Babylonian god of rain, fertility, war, thunderstorms, wells, canals, floods, the plough and the South Wind. His name means "lord of the earth"
