Psoriasis update

Well my elbows are almost clear (very very close) and the large patch on my knee is almost gone- I just can't believe it! Amazing- truly.

As I mentioned before, I have had none all winter behind my ears or in my ears- usually I deal w/this every year. All of my other areas I have year round. The small spots on my stomach are almost gone now. I find it interesting that my large patches on my elbows went away first and the smaller spots on my stomach have been more persistent. I keep feeling my ears, my elbows and my knee- nice to have smooth skin again. No scales or flakes at all in my scalp which I get every winter as well. I sure hope this always helps me. Again I have been taking since November. You have to be patient and consistent.

One other interesting note, my dental hygienist (last week was cleaning my teeth) said I didn't have as much plaque behind my teeth as normal. Then she asked me about my c reactive protein level. I thought that was an odd question, but then I thought of Anatabloc. I struggle w/plaque behind my bottom teeth- regardless of my obsessive flossing, tooth picking and brushing. I thought that was an interesting comment from her. She said my teeth plaque looked less than normal, go figure, random comment.
