That is a very valid point, however the fact that eLayaway is too good of a product/idea to simply write off is what's throwing everyone. Even if you believe the company (or the CEO) has bad intentions, this company (or the idea of this company) is too valuable not to milk it for all it's worth. IMO this is far from over, barring any unforeseen actions by the SEC.
