The MDGC VWAP was $.0008. The tiny paint jobs couldn't change that fact. The VWAP is a much better indicator of where a stock is trading than the closing price, which is easily manipulated in OTC stocks.
MMs fill orders. They do not push stocks down anymore than they push them up. They don't "invest" in any of the 1000's of OTC stocks.
