This is the crap future we waited for 4 years for. This is being walked down on no volume, escrow is a fantasy, no PR's, no communication of any kind from BOD. Even our board optimists have vanished.

Closure in March - Closure of what? This is a mystery, trading on an unknown exchange - the MM's are unregulated.
Tax advantages - If they aren't used they are worthless.
Hedge fund are big holders - but what can THEY do?
