I think today's PR was significant, maybe even major. It's just that the average lay person like myself doesn't understand what it means or even what it is they're telling about...where's the excitement?

Is it a computer system? ...or maybe a device to measure carbon emissions? Who will buy it? What's it worth and why will it be in demand? Are contracts in the works? When will it be marketed?

I don't think these basic questions were clearly answered in all those paragraphs, but I may have to read it again to be sure. I almost fell asleep trying to read it all. ;)

Often there's someone with legal experience that can help explain legalese to the board but that's usually for the 10q & 10k SEC filings, not for a PR or an 8K.

You're right about the fins and news of contracts, now that will really have some meaning to us.
