LOL LOL ok, the inconsistency of the argument is amazing. JT is credited with single handedly turning around Akorn , yet he was only a director there. So obviously to follow that line of logic, a director is supremely powerful, therefore the reign of JT started in 2008. LOL LOL
Oh, one other bit, the notice of default was not until 2010, well after the supreme commander was in place no matter which date you choose. The article suggests he was appoint after near bankruptcy. I am sure everyone wants the utmost in accuracy on these matters.
