Speaking for myself I would say it's a mixed bag. Those stocks can reverse as quickly as they go up. I find it best to step aside. Since the PPT tends to step in when you think the market should be go the other way by everything else you look at then it's hard to know when to get on. AS I have mentioned, I watch the tick. These programs execute in usually 60 seconds or less. Lately many have been reversing just as quick as these programs are not stirring up additional buyers. My experience has been if I do catch one of these waves I take profits quick if the tick reverses. Often I get out and another buy program will hit not allowing me enough pullback for me to see a reward for the risk of another trade as lately these moves have been straight up ignoring resistance levels. The favorite ones to push do appear to cycle from one to another some what. INTC is a good one because it's in the Nas, DOW and S&P.
