Been nearly two weeks now (on Weds.) --- tried a bit of the ICE and ICE/HEAT/ICE for a few days but nothing seemed to work.
And, now on pain meds for nearly same time frame --- and just finished a 'steroid step down' dose pack this morning..... but,
not much change from day one.
Hoping the PT can help --- fingers X'd. I think I just must have a few "wires crossed" somewhere ------ too much using the snow SHOVEL this winter instead of blowing it <<<<< dumbass move on my part!
That.................and getting F/old!!!!!
