Steve, I do not see any other explanation for the type tape action we see. Explain to me why the tick is acting the way it has been. Puplava seems to sum it up; " Bulls seem to have no problem; for them intervention or no intervention, there is always a reason to be buying stocks valuations or poor earnings aside."
