Institutional investing in PDGE?

i think PDGE is going much higher. i know people are a little concerned with dilution of flagship but i think it's a good move by the company. moreover, the pending move to AMEX, big revenues from the clean up of the hurricanes, the fact that we are in an active hurricane pattern for a long time (according to many meteorologists), things look great for this company. $10 is certainly possible by next year imo
