Discount shares were sold at least 2 times, likely much more sold, with registrations being removed at the time for future sale. Because of the 506 form d currently in effect, more to come. Check the TA, oh you can't. Anyone trapped right now, faces a future of averaging down, or selling for loss as the shares hit the street.
