FYI- All copyright "law" and such are private entity matters that require a legitimate contract to be held a legal documents. They are NOT a part of the public domain.

Without the elements of contract applying, no contract can be held as binding.

ALL State Revised Codes are copyrighted material... Ask ANY member of an agency posing as "government" to PROVE they ARE in fact under the original charter for government under penalty of perjury. Remember, impersonation of a public official is a crime.
