They can delay it but not prevent it, they will attempt, with some success, to make such a decline "orderly". Quite "stoopid"to announce such operations are contemplated. The smart operators will anticipate such a crisis and by their action, they may actually precipitate one. Who wants to be without a seat when the music stops?
