They seem to imply the OS is the same when they say "we have issued no shares since the RS", so many of us are inclined to wait it out and see what developes. If the reason for the RS was not to dilute but purely for image to improve business prospects, maybe we'll come out of this slump soon.

Do you trust them? When is this fin rpt due, mid April?
