LOL bat. You the man. Regarding HHSE I give you the big stones award of the day.

Fundamentally, I cant see how some could accuse Graham of dumping shares (as I have read in various venues) when it was clearly stated publically that the conversion was 300K for 14.5M shares which values the shares at .0207. These shares would also be rule 144 restricted one would think so the speculations of some are unfounded IMO. HHSE mgmt has given yet another tenative timeframe for submitting Form 10 which is tommorrow. Not the wisest choice there IMO as I full well know there is plenty of back and forth to go on between the SEC and any company, and I have seen 7 failed attempts of having a Form 10 approved in the past. Not by HHSE of course, just saying. They say that they have had rapport and liason with the SEC regarding the Form 10 before actually filing it. That would be the proper way to approach it rather than filing and it being rejected for any multitude of reasons regarding transparency. A proper Form 10 is nothing to sneeze at.
