Yeah..I was in AMRN and the same thing happened there also. They had 2 phase3 trials coming up about 6 months apart...before the first trial the stock was trading at 3.70 with constant selling by 2 of the original investors ( Orbimed & Abingworth) and people thought they "knew something"...well it more than doubled to over $9 when results were released- then six months later...same thing...stock was trading around 7.50-8.00 before the next trial results and the selling was constant..then when positive results were released it more than doubled hitting $19 at one point. With APPA- If it was a charity selling/dumping shares that would explain why they were selling at any price- it's all found money to them no matter what.
