So Scalia says the second amendment allows guns for "the body of all citizens capable of military service"

So no guns for anyone under 18 or over 60 years old?

No guns for anyone rejected from military service?

Anyone wanting a gun must first apply to pass military acceptance standards? If they flunk, no guns?
