How many stress-tests of 2.13 GHz Centrinos have there been ? Quoting how many have been sold is not a datapoint ! The TDP has always been a lie, a 75/80% estimate of true max power which Intel have acknowledged themselves for years. Trouble with taking shortcuts is you tend to get found out and this TDP lie is biting back hard ! Also ask the University of Buffalo how accurate Xeon's TDP is !
