So Pauly I have a question.....


if the entire purpose of Mr. Samblis is to sell stock.... why go to the trouble and expense of submitting audited financials to the SEC? It is expensive... they are obviously scrutinized.... it is a bunch of work!

Frankly, most pink sheet issues I have seen do not go to the trouble and they site the reasons I just noted as their excuse. I am sure you have seen plenty of stocks in this arena that submit exaggerated unaudited financials, remain current and sell stock till they drop! I certainly have!!!!!


I fully expect the PNCH 10K to be audited!
