It means the SEC believes Securities Violations have occured with XYTS. XYTS will trade on the Grey Sheets after the 10 day Suspension ends.

The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of Xytos because of questions that have been raised about the adequacy and accuracy of information Xytos publicly disseminates concerning the company’s financial conditions and business operations, and because of potentially manipulative conduct in the trading of Xytos shares.
