the better question is why didn't it go up as much as other MJ companies did in November. Because Colorado and Washington's state laws are insignificant to CBIS. It popped because some investors bought companies in this sector based on them just being in the sector and not really researching them to see how the state laws affect the companies. State law has no effect on the FDA approval process and in turn, CBIS.
