Truthfully, either way I don't think it will affect this company, and others, as it doesn't change any companies business model. There are still many legal Med MJ states with more and more coming for companies already conducting business to expand into, recreational sales are just icing on the cake, for those companies, imo. Since this company is seeking to get a drug FDA approved, Colorado's and Washington's recreational laws are meaningless to this company under its current business plan. Yes is might create short term hype, but that is just it, hype.

Holders decision regarding recreational use in Colorado and Washington really has no bearing on this company.
