I suspect Kennay is hiding somewhere with all his lucky charms and his fingers crossed, praying he can get away with throwing his shareholders under the bus like this and not end up in court over it. Add it all up, and he's stolen and defrauded many millions from his victims, and I wouldn't blame them for trying to get some of it back. If any lawyer offers to start a class action, he or she will have no shortage of people wanting to get in on it.
