On last Friday some shares of CRGC actually changed hands--were bought and sold. It takes three days for a trade to settle. Therefore, I would not expect an actual distribution of PGLC shares (and a dissolution of CHGI) until at least tomorrow (Wed.), and probably more like next Monday or Tuesday.
