Calm.. as in the one year vacation the CEO has been on funded by the massive dump he took on everyone last year? He must be coming back for round two.

An entire year of inactivity. I don't understand what kind of company goes dormant for an entire year. They didn't even bother to throw together some simple filings to say current. The CEO has clearly left for good.
