But you already know it is not in his best interest to be posting here. Isn't it a fact that the intention is to keep investors with potential interst away from the ticker? He has already told you how irrelevant this board is and the information you have posted! Since this is such a small percentage of the population that invest money it is just as easy to wait and see if he is right or not isn't it? Or do the forces that may say differently? I am of the opinion that this is not a court of law here and without much DD I can attest that he must not be in jail or incarcerated becasue he couldn't be responding to you or others! It would seem that the board wants others to believe that he is already guilty! Can you show me a conviction anywhere...especially since the 2009 timeframe that we seem to be discussing so openly here? Seriously, can you produce the conviction and the sentencing documents? I'll wait..go ahead....
