Only thing was it was determined that TA has been gagged since Jan. after I heard, I called and confirmed. No one knows why, but I'm sure someone will call BW and ask why. For now, it's been 2 months and AS has not been increased yet, so doesn't sound much like dilution to me. We shall see.
