The best question one should ask if they are inclined to believe conspiracy theories about dilution is this: Why did he stop for 8 months? OK, 50M, but that is peanuts next to the 1.9B from year prior. If dilution was his game why didn't he raise the AS last year, months ago? He raised the AS 5X in 2010 and not at all in the last year. From June 2011 to June 2012, 1.9B shares were added to a starting number of 346M at that time which rose from 12M a year or so before that. What gives now? Why different, if he's supposed be doing the same?
