Anyone ever think that perhaps this PR is a prelude to an even bigger announcement... and to give current and new investors confidence in the fact that with some important news there will not be any dilution to hold it back there may be more willing to jump in.
As it stands now I have not bought into this as it seems to never move on what is normally for pinksheet stocks, excelling PR's. I have seen dozens of stocks move in excess of 200% percent on the type of news BRAV put out, yet this seems to just have minimal gains at best. As an outsider looking in, I think the PR was reassuring and has prompted me to move forward with some buying now.
