I am a bit surprised by the need to PR this... I thought it was a given that there would be no dilution, esp given the healthy and promising state of the company... for me, this would be more appropriate news if the company was struggling to keep above water... were there recent rumours of dilution?.. i would have thought 'buyback' would have been more appropriate at this time..
