He's just sharing his findings just like the rest of us. He/she's not claiming to know it all, I would share too if my charts were in front of me. Sounds like he/she's just building up his account like many here. :D Although I do agree .028 is not a sell zone, he's just stating what he would do with his position just because it's still small and he wants to play it safe and cut losses is all.
