Paul OTC is usually not about fundamentals when so few have anything for results. Maybe a little more these days but still OTC is gambling. Rules sure but in this market a lot get broken by who make markets. It is wild west of markets. Think about about how many OTC's have run big and had little for fundamentals. Usually they ran on potential and buzz pr's created. Also how charts looked as that does attract traders. We do need them to to create runs. This has held up in these ranges since 2011 pretty well. For as little as this had for fundamentals last 2 years it did hold up well. Even going to .005 from low of .0006. I still say this will run big and IMO this year. We shall see.
