I'd like to see some sort of plan for operations start up and development. March is here, so if spring and summer are pick and shovel times, I'd like to see a plan even if it is tentative. Then, I'd like to see what contingencies exist (contingent on some permit or funding or whatever). If you have access to this type of info please post it.

why not wait and see what the spring and summer bring before we get too crazy
