No—I think a flat share price would be extremely surprising and we can reject that as too remote to consider seriously.

How big the immediate rise will be on a favorable EMEA opinion is hard to gauge, however; there’s little to go on because this is an unusual case.

The point of my prior post is that I’ll consider a $200M market cap (approx. $3.40/sh on a fully-diluted basis) to be a depressed valuation, and I won’t be in any hurry to cash out at that level. Regards, Dew
