Julian is facing over 100 years. Just looking at the federal sentencing guidelines, it looks like each indictment is a minimum of 121 months based on the increase in the levels determined by the circumstances surrounding the crime (such as value, amount of victims, etc.) I doubt he is going to trial anytime with in 2 years. Even if they pleaded the indictment down to 2 counts, its still 20 years. This does not get worked out in 2 months. Even if he worked out a deal with AUSA, Sentencing could be 6 to 12 months out. Frog is going nowhere fast.
